Swiss Made UTILIS World Class tools deliver proven production performance and extended tool life. All CUT 1600, 3000 series and ISO inserts feature a wide variety of micro-grain carbide grades, coatings and chip breaker geometries. 1600 inserts will fit the same holder, reducing tooling costs. Similarly, the 3000 inserts have a common tool holder allowing all turning operations from one holder size. Utilis inserts are specifically engineered with dead sharp geometry for medical and aerospace materials typically machined in Swiss-type applications.
