روتاری بروچینگ ( خان کشی - Rotary Broaching ) چیست؟

برش دهی روتاری (که همچنین به عنوان خان کشی نامیده می شود) یک فرایند قدرتمند است که باعث برش چند ضلعی به انواع مختلفی از قطعات و مواد بر روی هر ماشین تراش یا فرزکاری میشود. رایج ترین کاربرد Rotary Broaching ایجاد قابلیت بسته شدن در اتصالات است. تولید اشکالی مانند مربع، شش گوش، تورکس/هگزالوب، دو مربع، دوهگز، اسپلین و سریها در بیشتر مواد قابل ماشینکاری امکان پذیر هستند. Rotary Broaching بسیار آسان است، حتی فرزهای دستی (مانوئال) هم قابلیت استفاده از آن را دارند.
